Adoption Application

Complete the Adoption Application if you are ready to welcome a rescue dog into your home as a permanent member of your family. Our adoption process is designed to ensure the best possible match for both you and the dog.

Foster Application

Complete the Foster Application if you would like to provide a safe, temporary home for a rescue dog while they receive medical care, decompress, or wait to be adopted. As a foster-based rescue, every foster home directly enables us to save more lives.

Foster-to-Adopt

If you are interested in our Foster-to-Adopt program, please complete the Adoption Application and notify your Adoption or Foster Counselor of your interest.

Please note that Foster-to-Adopt placements are approved on a case-by-case basis and are dependent on the individual dog's needs, medical status, temperament, and our rescue's placement policies.

Application Process

• We may contact you for additional information or clarification during the review process.

• Every applicant will receive a response; however, processing times may vary based on application volume and rescue priorities.

• Gone Rogue Girls Rescue does not offer same-day adoptions. Our thorough screening process ensures safe, responsible, and successful lifelong placements.

Volunteer Application

Owner Surrender Request

We understand that surrendering a pet is never an easy decision. Our goal is to provide guidance and ensure the best possible outcome for both you and your dog.

If you are considering surrendering your dog to Gone Rogue Girls Rescue, please complete the Owner Surrender Request Form below. This form is an application for consideration and does not guarantee acceptance into our rescue.

What to Expect

• Submission of this form is the first step in the surrender process.

• Our team will carefully review your request and contact you to discuss your dog's history, behavior, medical needs, and your current circumstances.

• Acceptance is based on our available foster homes, resources, and our ability to safely meet the dog's needs.

• If approved, a separate Owner Surrender Agreement must be completed before ownership can be legally transferred to Gone Rogue Girls Rescue.

Surrender Fee

A $175 Owner Surrender Fee is required for all approved owner surrenders. This fee helps offset the immediate costs of veterinary care, vaccinations, food, supplies, and other expenses associated with bringing a dog into our rescue.
